Measure the package, not just the furniture.
Prepare your furniture details for goods/cargo shipping between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak with Borneo Logistics.

Package volume in m³
L × W × H (cm) ÷ 1,000,000 × number of equal-sized packages
Calculation example: 100 × 50 × 40 cm × 2 packages = 0.400 m³. These are illustrative measurements, not a rate or confirmed capacity.

Three outside dimensions
Record length, width and height in centimetres at the outside of the finished package. Include protruding corner protection or bases. Interior cabinet dimensions do not describe package space.

Items ≠ packages
If table legs are packed separately, record that component package too. When several chairs share a package, state its contents and actual outside size. Do not count the same set volume twice.

Volume for discussion
Length × width × height ÷ 1,000,000 gives box volume in m³ when dimensions are in cm. Multiply by the number of equal-sized packages. This is not weight, a charging rate or a space guarantee; unmeasured packages are not included.
What should you ask?
Is dismantling, packing or reassembly included?
Describe the work needed and ask who arranges it and what the quotation covers. This website provides preparation guidance, not a promise that all additional tasks are available.
What if measurements or condition records are incomplete?
Identify unknown details and share your current information for an initial review. Update dimensions after protection is fitted. Do not invent figures to obtain a volume total.
When are price and shipment arrangements confirmed?
After the relevant parties review the goods, origin, destination and requested scope. Ask for specific confirmation; a tool summary and initial conversation are not an automatic booking.
