Record furniture condition before handover.
Prepare your furniture details for goods/cargo shipping between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak with Borneo Logistics.

Existing marks
Start with overview photos from several sides, then photograph scratches, marks or corners needing attention up close. Put the item reference in notes or filenames. Do not change the furniture’s condition to conceal a mark.

Drawers, panels and joints
Record handles, drawers and visible joints without forcing parts open. Distinguish existing marks from parts not yet inspected. After making the record, remove loose drawer contents before packing.

Match before handover
Keep photos before and after protection under the same reference. Share relevant photos through the agreed channel when requested. This preparation record is not a liability decision or a claims guarantee.
What should you ask?
Is dismantling, packing or reassembly included?
Describe the work needed and ask who arranges it and what the quotation covers. This website provides preparation guidance, not a promise that all additional tasks are available.
What if measurements or condition records are incomplete?
Identify unknown details and share your current information for an initial review. Update dimensions after protection is fitted. Do not invent figures to obtain a volume total.
When are price and shipment arrangements confirmed?
After the relevant parties review the goods, origin, destination and requested scope. Ask for specific confirmation; a tool summary and initial conversation are not an automatic booking.
